شروط إعداد السياسات الإدارية
 
الشروط الواجب توافرها عند إعداد السياسات اﻹ‌دارية:
1- البساطة .2- الثبات.3- المرونة .4- الشمول .5- التناسق والتكامل .6- أن تكون السياسة اﻻ‌دارية مستوحاة من أهداف المنظمة .
7- أن تحقق السياسة اﻻ‌دارية مصالح اﻷ‌طراف المهتمة بنشاط المنظمة .8- أن تكون السياسة اﻻ‌دارية واقعية ويمكن تطبيقها .
9- يجب إتخاذ كافة اﻹ‌جراءات التي تضمن نجاح السياسة اﻻ‌دارية عند إعدادها.10- ضرورة متابعة السياسة اﻻ‌دارية .
